The rumor mill is buzzing that the Ohio Senate’s omnibus budget amendment will have a provision requiring all state employees to work at a physical office location 32 hours a week. Not 31. Not 33. But 32. It must be the perfect number! That sweet, sweet spot where morale and productivity soar higher than the highest heavens above. Aren’t we fortunate that our politicians always know more than we do about this stuff? I can barely count to 32 much less declare it a state employee on-site work hour requirement. #SoGrateful
